 What do you do when someone in your work environment is stupid. Other than want to bite their head off for being stupid, I mean.

Depends on their attitude. If they're just not very bright, then be nice and remind yourself that not everyone has the same level of intelligence.

If they're one of those people who are stupid and nasty, then avoid them as much as possible.

Snapping at them only makes things worse, in my experience.

Kick them in the chins... worked in kindergarten.

Other you humor them, ignore them, or take them aside and put them in their place. It all depends on the situation

Well, if their stupidity is a danger to you or your work, you should probably warn them of the consequences of their continued stupidity. It's always a good thing to be considerate.

Of course, if that doesn't work ... how many floors up are you?? *grin*

Seriously? Other than speak to them if it's out of character, you really can't do too much else.
