A check in before MIA-ness...
Well, now there were will be, officially, only a few more days before some big changes happen in my personal life...the 17th is the closing date over the new house my family will be moving into, and sometime after that, my family will be starting the move. HTML and me aren't good friends...just the LJ code on here to cut a post likes to get me. =p Buuuut it took me two hours, roughly, and I got my mood theme fixed! I don't feel like such an HTML-challenged doof~ XD Thanks a lot for the extra headache, Photobucket! -

My gosh. Facebook sees more updateage than LJ. XP I used to update this thing so frequently! Too bad I can't have some little format to update here, what I do for Facebook. Good Days
So I've been going along, just trying to get by, ever since the last post...my uncle's birthday was the 2nd of this month, so it made it a little difficult...but things have been slowly looking up. Loss.
So...my uncle managed to make it a little longer than the intended time. Silly me, I was kind of hoping that he would surprise us all and live longer. A friend of ours told mom that when his mom had died from cancer, she'd lasted for fourteen days. In the holiday spirit!
For once. =p Granted, my Christmas will be small by most people's standards, but hey, at least we're Christmas shopping and getting gifts this year, unlike last year, which makes me happy. I received the gift that I wanted the most in the mail today, so mom is probably going to wrap that up for me for Christmas, even if I already know what it is. ( Read more... )
