After much deliberation and the oncoming threat of permenant employment (I promised i would marry her if i got a permenant job) Marie has decided to change the way she eats so she can lose weight and generally be healthier.....and I have joined her.

Don't know if you have been watching Being Human on BBC3 on Sunday nights, but I have and it’s been a really good series so far.
But what has really grabbed my attention is the online splinter series Becoming Human, each week they release a 6 minute episode that follows the story of Adam, Christa and Matt as they try and find out who murdered Matt?
