Once I was in Prague, and it was possibly the most beautiful city. (Though I hear Brno is better.) I don't speak Czech, but I sure do eat goulash and drink Pilsner. I'm not sure how to spell goulash though. I think they spell it gulazc or some shit, but it's not quite like that either. They also call their own city Praha. Which brings me to my next

hi, i live in nova. i hate the 9:30 club, but i dig SK, and it'd be nice to meet a new person... i just moved here in january.

Yep, I'm home from school for the summer but almost all of my friends from around here have moved on, so I'm in a sad place. It would be great to meet you. I don't think I've been to the 9:30 club since I was 13, and so mostly I think of it as the domain of Ani Difranco and Reel Big Fish, but I guess it will be interesting to revisit those days. Do you think the show will sell out? I can't decide whether to buy a ticket in advance or not.

i doubt it will sell out, but i really don't know for sure. the last time i saw SK was about five years ago in a tiny venue, and that sold out, but it had about the same capacity as iota or dc9. i'm going to see jonathan richman at 9:30 pretty soon, and i still haven't bought a ticket for that...

Sorry for not getting in touch with you sooner! I was too embarrassed to call because I realized I don't even know your name, and I really didn't want to say "Hello this is moonlit is this backordered?" (My name is Liza by the way.) Anyway, I went to the 9:30 Club website and the show for tonight is sold out! I don't know if it would still be worth a shot to try to get tickets there...probably not, because there have been some tickets on ebay and those have all been ridiculously expensive.
