I never ever post about politics :-/

Sarah Palin said 'nucular' on national TV today. This is not a good thing.

I am also very concerned about what will happen if someone whose campaign almost failed because it ran out of money takes over the foundering economy.

Its kind of hilarious how transparent this attempt to get the female vote is, though. (Almost as hilarious as the group "Feminists for Life" that Sarah Palin is an active member of)

I don't believe it is a good idea to pick a vice-presidential candidate based solely on his or her ability to appeal to demographics during election season.

And yet, that's all anyone does!

I agree with you, mind, but it's not like any politician has done that in years. Obama picked an angry old white guy to try and sway people who only vote for angry old white dudes, McCain picked a crazy woman to try and gather up a bunch of the disenfranchised Hillary supporters and people who are into crazy women (me). He almost got me, but that pro-life stuff turned me back to being apathetic towards both candidates.
