Photos of Penny Wood , a woman from Illinois who allowed images of her taken at either end of a prodigious period of methamphetamine use to be used in anti-meth literature as part of a plea agreement.

From the same site, some even freakier photos of a woman identified only as "a crack and heroin abuser". Grotesque
