I just got my "Congratulations" letter from the Arizona State Bar. All my paperwork is done. I cleared the background check. I'm an attorney!! Or I will be once I pay the fees and swear my oath (by mail or in person). Now the question is whether I want to take up some judge's time to swear my 20 second oath or just do it by mail. Awesome, congratulations!

I think you should go swear in person. It seems like it would be one of those "memories of a lifetime" moments. As for wasting the judge's time, most people like to help people starting out in the career in which they are more senior. For example, the engineering license exams are staffed by older engineers who get up at 3am to volunteer (and are damned cheery for the hour). So don't worry about that, go get your memory :)
