For those of you not from Austin, John Aielli hosts a mid-day music show on local NPR-affiliate KUT. He also has a presentation style and a voice that one could best describe as "creepy pedophile".

Imagine my amusement when I saw the following bumper sticker on my way out of Whole Foods today:

The Fighting Brothers McCarthy were guests on his show once, and he seemed particularly fond of our cute boyish guitarist. Creeped him and the other guys out, for sure!

Odd... he has a distinctive voice, all right, but it never occurred to me to describe it as "creepy pedophile"... perhaps you are more into pedophile culture than I am. :)
