Harry Potter course cut at University of New Hampshire
I cannot BELIEVE more people aren't talking about this. Mugglenet reported on it sometime last week, but since then, I have not heard a peep. Important disclaimer: I have not personally seen the course content, so perhaps it grossly infringes in some way I'm not aware of.

There will be a whole lot more of my thoughts on Lupin and Rowling's werewolf-lore and all of those goodies. I'm really pleased that she's finally clarified some stuff and filled in a lot of gaps! On the other hand --- although probably anyone could have guessed this already----

I haven't read them all: only Valerie Frankel's, which has interviews with droxy,alabastard and alabastardragon. So get 'em while they're hot. -

I was watching a news show and a pundit described Mitt Romney as "the biggest shapeshifter since Harry Potter."
So of course I wondered which one. -
Why there are more witches than heretofore
Today I picked up a pile of medieval and Renaissance books on witchcraft, because of course, they dovetail with thinking about werewolves.
