I really want to go to her church and hang out with her, but I have been saying that for a while now, and though I really do want to, I don't know if it will ever happen. It's just so depressing to put people together for a week and once they start becoming friends and then they leave

How do you feel "out of place" at youth? I don't understand. And why would you leavin make the youth group better? Your one of the three seniors, you guys are suposed to be the "leaders", ur like the back bone for our youth group, without you guys our youth group is like jello, its not very strong. I understand about the marissa thing but its not like she comes alot anyways. I think you should step back and see how much you effect the youth group then maybe you will realise running from your problems doesn't solve anything. You also shouldn't go just by the fall retreat, its only fun if you make it fun, nothing is just gonna happen. Re think the whole leavin the youth group, you may regret it later.
