I found an ad on craig's list from an older lady who is de-stashing because she's gotten into other pursuits.

Tomorrow AM I'm going out to her house to see what she's got, what I want, and what $$ we can agree on.

I think this is going to be fun!

I've done some baby quilts in the past. Two or three, that I've done for family or friends who were having children. But I gave all my cut fabric blocks for those quilts to my neice who is a creative stitching wonder ATM. I'm thinking of quilting again because it seems like fun.... We got our tax returns back, and by doctor's orders we've engaged in a bit of retail therapy. Today we purchased a Wii system, and Wii fit. And HOT DAMN but that's a really awesome system and plan!!! My doctor actually recommend it as a way for me to get my exercise because he's seeing results from other patients use of it. Four games of bowling ( Read more... )
