oprah thinks that this is something every woman needs to know. and i think i will be the one exception to the "it happens to everyone" thing because i don't date.

I haven't read the book, but Oprah had some guy on as a guest, telling various women in the audience after hearing their stories, whether or not the guy in their life was "just not into them" or not.

It was interesting.

I am so sick of guys... have been trying to fix up friends, both male and female and the whole scene sucks. I hated games when I was single, and I find I can't stomach them as matchmaker either. I have the matchmaker blues!

From one matchmaker to another, I'm with you, girl! Games stink. Never liked them myself. I think we should get a matchmaker award like for effort.:-) You know what else stinks? When guys (or girls) claim they're interested in a relationship, blah, blah, blah, and then an awesome guy/gal comes along and then they decide, um, no, did I say relationship? YOu must have misheard me. Grr!

he was one of the writers actually. he used that phrase to a friend and helped inspire the sex and the city episode with miranda getting told that by berger where she got super excited about it and told some girl and they told her to F#%k off
