The Wiccan LJ community will not let me post if I am not a member, however, I wanted to respond to your post and the conversation it created re: your Satanic teacher. Note that I am not judging you, or your teacher, and not telling you what to do (heck, I have no idea who you are, and vice versa), but I just wanted to voice this in hopes that it will make you aware that yes, things like that happen. Even though I am not part of this community, I cannot help but agree with quepid's concerns. When I first started on the wiccan path, I was 15, and found a "teacher" 20 years older than I. We met a few times, and every time he asked me to do things that I was not comfortable with, like be skyclad et. al. and made it sound like I had no choice. Finally, on our 4th or 5th meeting, he decided that he was perfectly justified in raping me--and yes, I fought back and everything, until I just shut down, hoping that he'll be done with whatever he was doing and let me go. I am lucky he did not kill me or beat me to death. No, I never reported it--too ( ... )
