Yes, it's true. I'm tying the knot!! Todd popped the question yesterday afternoon... We went to little Washington to get hot dogs (a favorite place of ours), and he took me down to the waterfront... He said something about how it was a special place for us and he wanted to make it a little more special, and then asked me to marry him!
