Ummm... If length is the *only* reason it's not running, why don't they just cut it? If they can fit Harry Potter into 2 hours, they can make this psa fit into a commercial spot. Not sure why original length should even be an issue.

Most commercials start out 1m or 45s, and then a shorter excerpt is run after you've seen the longer version a couple of times.
