Thanks *w* You need to buy the Japanese Curry Cubes (available at Jusco, Isetan). I'll take a photo of the box when I buy it again. It's around RM10.
I just follow the instructions after that (it's at the back of the Curry Cube box) XD Usually I have potatoes, chicken, carrots, sliced mushrooms and this time, I added onions. First, fry the onion first, then potatoes, carrots, mushrooms and chicken. After the onions are slightly brown, add water (never sure how much I add XD) and leave to boil slowly. It'll be like ABC soup after a while @.@ Cut of the fire, then add 5 cubes (portion for 3 ppl in this house XD). Mix the cubes until their gone then cook in low fire.
I cook it for around 30 mins, then shut the fire and leave it there for about 2 hours. When I want to eat, then I reheat.
