I've been neglecting livejournal - what with moving and having no internet, trying to pack and unpack and make everything orderly.

I'm still looking for work (have three interviews next week so hopefully something will come up) but I did 4 days substitution over this week and last in two local primary schools. Regardless of what way your voting does anybody else think O'Leary's involvement in the Yes campaign is a bit odd? I've been watching it the last couple of weeks and maybe I'm a bit cynical but I think he's getting a pay off from the government. Y'know it's slightly disturbing that at the bottom of the BBC news page announcing Michael Jackson's death the google ads are advertising great seats for his amazing concert in the O2 Arena

what exactly do the government plan on doing with classes that whose teacher is out if there's to be no sub cover? Let them roam wild and free like the pack of animals they are?
Or will I finally be allowed to sell unattended students to the circus?
