So this weekend Al flew a few of us out to New Mexico to visit him. Some interesting things happened, we saw Newt Gingrich (former speaker of the house) at lunch, saw KC and the Sunshine Band at a casino, but mainly we went skydiving on saturday. I got a job. And found an apartment. And maybe a loom. We're talking salary here people. And benefits. And vacation time and retirement. How's that for graduating from art school. Bitches.

Brad is moving back to boston. And it's soon. March 1st is when he starts in Lynn. Horray!

My parents went on a cruise to the caribbean and brought me back alcohol and shot glasses. How sweet is that? Between them and Brad I'm becoming a vodka snob. Nothing wrong with that though.

Thursday, 6:30-8:30, fibers opening in the tower gallery. Be there or be square fools.

So Haystack has come and gone. It was strange this year, with some really crappy people on the trip. But I still managed to enjoy myself. Having a two person cabin with your own bathroom is really nice. I managed to take lots of naps on the rocks or on the deck. I was basking in the sun, like a cat. It was pretty sweet.
