Iona invited me to join her for another trip to Lithuania. How could I refuse, I love visiting this great country. This time we also took a trip to Palanga which has a beach that could rival almost any in western europe :)

I met up with Iona, Violeta and Larisa for a day in London. We had a really great day exploring the city. One of the highlights had to be the ride in the London Eye. Will worth a visit with some fantastic views of the city :)

My Polish friends Ania, Joasia, Hania and Ela have come to visit the UK again. As before, we visited many towns, cities and attractions around England. I had a great time exploring these places to as I had never been to these places before either ( Read more... )

I took a trip to the college town of Oxford.
From what I saw (as we had to dodge the rain showers) it is indeed a city worth a visit. Although, I still prefer it's rival (Cambridge)

Returned home yesterday from my trip to Lithuania. I had a wonderful time :) Can highly recommend a visit and wish I could have stayed longer. One week was no where near enough time to see all that we wanted to. It's a country of contrasts... You have the fashionable city people and the rural old fashioned village folk. Went to Prezzo's in Kings Lynn for lunch with a few friends and very nice it was to :)

Just back from my sister's house having fixed their playstation (much to the delight of my nephew). Couldn't resist a quick play with the 2 black labrador puppies.
