Yes.

By the way, your English has improved dramatically. Nicely done.

Harry, even you can't think that's a good idea. At least ask her some damn questions. Or them.

...Thank you. The 'just' works like that? It should go at the end of the sentence, but the translator kept putting it there.

...I do intend to. I've been talking to Ace a lot and getting a bit more information. Hopefully Lolita will be willing to talk to me, too.

Yeah, it works like that. I know, the English language is a bit funny sometimes, but that's how it goes.

We should see how much she's worth to them. They're making all the rules and we finally have something in our favor. Ace is the one that talks to us. I'd like to meet some of the ones that don't.

I found a dictionary at the library. It's helped.

Ugh... I'm tired of being controlled by them.

By this point, she's the only way we can fight back. If they're screwing with things on their end, why should we help them?! They need to learn that they have to take us seriously, and can't just drag us around like trained dogs!

And we have something we can use to control them.

They're coming out of hiding to get her. They've told us when and where.

What can we really do...? It seems like they're ready to just hand her over.

You can't act without everyone else like you did last time, Ashelin. They'd tear you apart!

I don't care what they do with the girl-- they'll turn her over and I can't stop that.

I'm interested in the one coming out of hiding to get her. The one that took the powers back.

They're really fucking stupid, huh?

Yes. Giving her back won't help us.

Then why is everyone letting them give her back?

I don't like their idea of playing leverage at all. I agree. We keep our own bargaining chip.

Where is she? Who's watching her?

Don't know. Not at Gohl.

[He transmits a cough into one of his palms. He caught a cold.]

You tell me.

...Though at this rate, it sounds like we'd both be playing with fire if someone tried to do anything stupid on either side. Interpret that as you like, if you want. Though there isn't much I can do for anyone when I'm sick like a dog.

She's not in my hands.

It was a general "we," Ashelin.

And besides, this is still persuasion for the rest, isn't it?
