So we FINALLY heard from our insurance adjuster yesterday. She lives in Norfolk, which is HOURS away. She didn't indicate that she has any intention of actually coming to visit us. So much has happened recently that the thought of transcribing it here is fairly daunting. Let me start by saying that the enormous dehumidifiers and air blowers are gone from our house.
