Well, my cat Bowzer had surgery yesterday just to find out that nothing was wrong with his intestines (except that they were swollen). He still isn't eating on his own, which can kill a cat in a matter of days. He was on an IV and force fed at the vet, and he has stayed over night for two days now. My family is off on vacation, and I am going to meet up with them on Tuesday. Of course, until then I get to take care of everything at the house. That includes the gardening. I started working yesterday, and it was great. Just talking with someone new was exciting and fun. I have been home so long it seems. I spend most of the day alone, and then when people show up, I am still basically alone. It was nice to do something for a change. I needed a change in routine. Yesterday my Aunt B. came up to Maine. She wanted to go out to lunch, but didn't want to go out of her way, so we all went out to lunch with her at the Longhorn. It was amazing!
