News Update

Ok, new developments in life.  It seems that my heart problems were nothing but newfound anxiety attacks.  We figured it out because I was at 30,000 ft on my way to San Diego via Salt Lake city and had a full blown attack.  We're talking cold sweats, nausea, rapid heart rate, felt like I was going to pass out, and the intense need to crawl out of ( Read more... )

Good for you, stick with it!! The attacks will pass as your body adjusts, and exercise is the BEST thing you could do, ever! I know how hard it is to quit smoking - I had almost 20 years under my belt before this last quit attempt. It's been almost a year now and EVERYDAY I think about having a smoke, but I just can't do any more damage to my body. The older I get, the more I sense my own mortality. Aging sucks. ^_^
