I was talking with a friend today who had been mugged. He seems to be doing well and recovering well, says his nose still feels a bit off kilter but is healing up well. I comforted him with my experience of being mugged and carjacked and left on the side of a deserted country road in the middle of the night. Two Whole
Two whole weeks of work done in decrepit conditions with second rate coworkers in massively strenuous conditions overnight all night being locked in a store building with them. That was a bit awkward, to turn and look to see who the stranger was that just spoke of someone with the same name as my ex. Confusing, saddening, disheartening, but at the same time makes one wonder at this odd twist in the story; though one often has to wonder just weather happenings are real or random, superfluous to the plot, just something ( Read more... ) -

last day off for the week

timeless
So apparently I lost enough track of time in sleeping so little and being so busy I showed up a whole day early for a friend's party. 23 1/2 hours early. Now I won't make it to the real thing. Oh well.
Time to air up the tires on the bike and take off. No time to waste. Maybe I'll actually get some sleep in a tent. Or at least take the time to.
