I am rather impressed that after having watched and disliked Paranormal Activity 1 and 2 that you still went to see PA 3. Were you approaching it more from a research perspective rather than an anticipation of cinematic pleasure?

The movies are so loved I just want to figure out what everyone is talking about. Even when I was at the theater people were absolutely terrified while I sat there perplexed by their reactions. The movies seem to have a profound effect on people and I can't figure out why. I feel like the king isn't wearing clothes and I'm the only one who notices.

Intriguing. Is it possible that many of the people in the audience were horror movie newbies? Your first horror movie is always the scariest.

It was a midnight showing so they were all adults. I think I'm just a weirdo who doesn't get scared at the right times. Bridges terrify me, certain kinds of horror movies don't.
