i'm pretty excited about the fact that next week i get to fill out my intent to graduate. it's kidna crazy to think i'll be done with my program after this semester. i feel like i'm taking the easy way out. a year program. only two courses. 35 credit hours. 20 in pastry (done) 15 in baking (starts next week). life comes at you fast.

so. i kinda hate the people at the twelve oaks williams-sonoma. they treated me like some dumb kid. looked at me like i was stupid. and talked down to me. i asked for cake rings. the lady just said 'what? what's a cake ring? i've worked at a bakery for 25 years and have never heard of that. what are you talking about? a cake ring? you mean pan?' no ( Read more... )

some homw my plans got switched from cedar point to LA. random. none the less i'm going to LA. we touch down at LAX in 25 days.

so apparently college is a real place. go figure.
