I know that you are coming home from Alabama today. I feel terrible that I never got a chance to call you while you were only a few hours away! My in-laws dropped by unexpectedly on Friday morning with an entire U-haul full of crap that they unloaded in my front yard. It was a zoo until Saturday afternoon. When I finally managed to get away, my car broke down and I was stuck waiting for someone who could come and get me until late Saturday night. Not my best weekend. I hope everything went a little better for you with your presentation, yes?

needless to say i enjoyed alabama very much, especially the warmth! it's about 40 degrees up here, but the windchill makes it feel like it's 20. sheesh.
