My daughter is cross-dressing her brother in one of her old dresses.  He even has hair clips and a christmas barette in his hair (This nothing new, he's doene that since he was a baby)  I just heard something about tights.  HELP!!  He just came out with tights on.  and his sister's pink shoes

Hello, everyone. The kids and I got on the road about 3pm. yesterday. With rain and traffic delays, we got to Daigon Alley in Richmond, VA about 6:30pm. It was hot and muggy and packed with people.
