Doodeedoo...life is interesting...Went to Vegas two weeks ago...Learning how to make liquid cultures and run gels and do PCR and use NanoDrop and extract DNA from yeast...labbing is pretty cool, except when the cultures don't grow properly, and the whole procedure has to be repeated and generally it takes a minimum of a day and a half to grow them

i cut my thumbnail trying to cut carrots.. some of it fell off...
