I made
this dish, Chicken Tagine with Lemons & Olives, for dinner tonight, with a couple of modifications. Neither of us likes turmeric, so I left it out and added saffron (one of my favorite spices) to the cooking liquid instead. I also left out the olives because I didn't have any. Ate it with green beans and couscous. It was: so fabulous. Hubby
