returning to work has made me realize that i should really consider doing something else with my life.

not feeling good. combination of allergies and working myself into the ground. i promise not to repeat what i did this past weekend for a long time, or at least not until i am in better shape both mentally and physically.

my dad sent me an email for the first time today.

i am beginning to understand myself and my insecurities in a way that i never had before. all the triggers that cause my negative reactions feel like they are spread out before me and that all i need to do is find a way to control or move beyond them. i have a sense of clarity. this couldn't have happened at a better time if i had planned it
