Stay strong my friend! I hope you have extra crosswords to finish and fresh batteries to keep light! I don't envy your situation one bit. At least it isn't a massive winter snow/wind storm!

We lost power at some point during the night. My basement is a little wet in spots, other than that I think the worst is over. I don't know if the power is still out or not, I'm at work at the moment.

Thanks, I am safe. I had to come in to work this morning. I was just in awe of the flooding and trees that came down. I think work is the safest place to be right now. We're recovering from a fire that broke out in my building on friday. This week I've been through an earthquake, a fire, a hurricane and massive flooding.
