i thought that staying at work would help distract me. but all i want is to go home and sleep.
the best part of sleeping is that brief period when you're waking up and have yet to remember anything outside of that moment.

i feel divided. That's just it. completely drawn down the middle and yet i have no idea where the line is.
i don't want to talk about it because i don't want to hear what I have to say.
Similarly I don't want to think about it.
The only reason why i write this is in hopes that it will satisfy my desire to over-

i have decided to start logging what i eat in an attempt to prove to myself that I have poor eating habits and ultimately bring about change.
Here it goes...
July 3rd- Day 1
*2 choco/orange cupcakes
*16 oz coffee (w/cream & sugar)
*shiitake mac'n'cheese (from crave)
*handful of choco. covered dried fruit
*annie's mac'n'cheese
