i would have to look pretty hard. i have no real idea what they look like. i was actually there last sunday...no the sunday before. a family friend sells stuff there. but thank you!
They look like swiss chard, flavour is not . Thick stalks, huge green leaves. By the way, there is no 'e' - Collard greens. I cut out the stalk and the leaf vein and boil the leaves for about 10 minutes (or longer) in salted water. The leaves don't get mushy, they keep a slightly chewy texture, they are mild and taste like artichokes. Some recipes call for salt pork added to the pot as well.
