How dumbed down are you running Civ4? Graphically speaking of course...
If its already at lowest, maybe you can market it as a horror mod. hehehe

I dumbed it down to the level where i can have a conversation with it. I was thinking of taking the voodoo 3D card out of my old 686 and seeing if that worked, but something tells me that won't work. Damn modem goblins have been waging war against me since the early 90's.

Aneristic principles inherent to Civ!!! You can't run around invoking the Divine, Sweet-ass Lady Eris, embrace Chaos (and the Sacred Chao) and expect her to smile upon you when you play at Order Lord!!!
That said, if this supposition is correct, your old voodoo card will prob'ly work just right! ;)

maybe u should download one of those huge updates for civ4 from their website, might fix it. Faaark lump eh? Doesn't sound nice...
