Back in Tahoe, there was an ice cream truck....well it was really a vw bus outfitted for ice cream selling. They played loud mexican music and had all the regular ice cream treats, but also had mexican ones too, called pelotas. I really miss them so went online and found some great recipes. When I moved here, it was such a huge change. The biggest one was not finding a job sewing. I have to admit to kind of being in mourning for that.
