That has to be it. The reason I thought that dst switched back was because someone told me it had.

13 minutes is an impressive amount of time in which to bolt from bed into the locking ritual. Did you ever get your front wheel adjusted?

I got my green bike repaired completely. And I realized that the reason my white bike was doing that was because slowly but surely the front nut was coming loose. Fortunately, I noticed in time and didn't kill myself.
