As much as I want to find my speed again, racing takes money I shouldn't spend, time I'd rather put towards other things, and risks I don't want to take.

Once I'm on the bike, I'm always giving 100%. Of course, that's just part of the equation.

It's a sport(racing) you really have to been all in or nothing(both on and off the bike) if you are going to be competitive. Those are opportunities many people would die for, but I'm glad you decided what was best for you was to focus on other things(like mountain biking and the other races you have planned).

You get what you put into it. Are you planning on selling the gsxr?

I still enjoy riding, mixing it up with other riders on trackdays, and helping people out as an instructor at trackdays, so I'll be holding onto it for a little bit.

I totally agree about it being an all or nothing deal. I can't imagine doing something like roadracing half-assed.

If you don't want the offers, can I have them? :)

If you can work something out with the people who made the offers, they're all yours :)
