Distance: 6:33 mi
Avg pace: 8:48 / mi
Avg heartrate: 181 bpm

6/18/2008 @ 160 lbs (+ Chi Running)

Distance: 6.63 miles
Avg pace: 8:58 / mi
Avg heartrate: 152 bpm

With a heart rate 30 bpm lower for an almost identical pace, I was pretty stoked! Next step - a sub 2 hour half marathon...
