It was a pleasant ride; and a nice change.  I didn't take into account that it's supposed to be hotter than Hades when I have to go home.

That's alright; it's worth it.

What a week it's been.  I'm glad that it's finally (almost!) over.

I went to my second Weight Watchers meeting today and 'weighed in'.  The young (skinny) lady that runs the meeting started clapping and cheering.  Apparently, there is a little cheer that she is supposed to do whenever someone crosses the '5 pound' mark.  Mortified at the 'attention' she was showering me with, I stared at her like a deer caught in ( Read more... )

So are the days of our lives. At least, the days of my current lifestyle for the past five years are coming to a close.
