TVD fans on Youtube always find something to hate on, so I'm not the least surprised. I don't understand it though. It's always the girls who get hated on, God forbid they aren't falling down and kissing the feet of the men in their lives (who are constantly hurting them mentally and physically). Elena is young, she is human, she is scared. She has every reason to be upset, and even despite that she's not actually being rude to Stefan. She was acting cold, which is only understandable. Stefan has been pushing her away, he's outright told her that he doesn't want to be with her because he's afraid of hurting her and that he tries not to feel because it hurts too much. Elena has been trying to get him back, to help him feel, to save him from himself, but he's made it clear he doesn't want her help. Okay, so he might be lying, but how is she supposed to know? Just because she loves him doesn't mean she can magically read his mind. He's acting cold, and she's responding by acting the same way. She threw a bitter comment in his direction

But if it was JUST on Youtube... I wouldn't bother much... But it's not..it's even on Facebook... especially by the S/E fans.. and then these fans accuse us of being "biased" and "unreasonable".. I mean WTF?!
Yes! And I think she is still processing what she saw last episode, when she caught him drinking from that woman. After everything she has seen him do this year, the killing and lack of compassion, it is hard for her to see something like that and think that it's at all a step in right direction (or the road to recovery, as Damon says). She hasn't had a conversation with Stefan or Damon about how he is learning how to drink in moderation, how it will really help him in the long run. So, yes, after everything she has witnessed it might be a bit hard for her to see him drinking any kind of human blood. Especially since, when they were together and she felt safe, he was feeding on bunnies and squirrels.
Well, that is one thing Elena trusts Damon with more than Stefan. Blood. He can drink blood right in front of her and she wouldn't bat an eye.

Well, that is one thing Elena trusts Damon with more than Stefan. Blood. He can drink blood right in front of her and she wouldn't bat an eye.
