I went to the store to buy ingredients for lasagna. I was mad that I spent $23 on ingredients just to make a lasagna. I could go to a restaurant for that. But then when I got home and put the stuff together, it was actually enough to make 3 large lasagnas and I still have 2 blocks of mozza left over. I believe my 12-year obsession with food began because of one innocent attempt at dieting. Given my personality, I tried to be the "perfect" dieter. And I was.
