I had a grilled cheese sandwich for breakfast this morning. I don't know why. I never do that. I did want to finish off that block of cheese though.

Made pizza. Accidentally put the oven on broil instead of bake. Cheese nicely browned. Crust doughy. Poop.

I've had about 6 or 7 wasabi mayo & turkey sandwiches since the last post. There's definitely a right amount of wasabi. You get too much, and hooooooooooo boy, it's nothing but a wasabi sandwich.

Today I bought wasabi to go on my turkey sandwiches. I once had a chicken sandwich with wasabi mayo and it was excellent. This should be the same.

I sure don't post very often. It's good that summer has been hot, because it made me use up all that tea. I've been making iced tea. Even the Green Tea with Mint makes good iced tea ( Read more... )

I just had some blackcurrant tea. The Tetley stuff is not as good as Twinings, but it is okay.

I have about two hundred teabags of various types. Does tea go bad? I guess not. Even so, I want to drink this shit up because it takes up half a cupboard. Why do I buy so much tea? What the hell is wrong with my head?

I finally used up the last of that coffee yesterday. Damn, that was a hella big bag of really bad coffee. It appeared to be only a pound, but I swear to God, I would get angry at that bag every day for not being noticably smaller than the day before ( Read more... )

If you buy a bag of coffee that sucks, you pretty much have to finish it anyway. Throwing it out is a waste.

Steak is really awesome. It is full of protein and no carbs. Eat this stuff for health.

It is best not to cook it too much. If it is underdone, you can cook it some more. But if you overcook it, then you have to eat overcooked steak. You can't uncook it.

I really like brie.

Please, nobody tell me what the weird earthy-tasting outer crust is made from. I don't want to find out it's made from bull smegma, because I really like brie and want to keep eating it.
