Actually he could be smelt in the operating room (sealed room) across the hall, while he was in the operating room (another sealed room) So his stink could eb smelt through TWO sealed rooms.

When the doctor came out after the surgery on your friend the doctor said to us, " The stink you are smelling is from the surgery...I am covered in the infection from him"

OH enchanting

but yeah he was a stinker I say we change his name to "stinkbug"
