A Charleston post! ♥

I've heard good things about Hominy Grill, just never got around to eating there but I'm definitely gonna have to suggest stopping in for some of that pudding next time I'm in the area. It sounds amazing.

I highly suggest visiting the Hominy Grill- I've never eaten a bad thing there, it's all fantastic food!

Glad it worked out. :) Is this a side you hadn't seen much of in J until now? When I lose it, it freaks Hiedi out a bit, because it happens so rarely too.

J never loses it. That's why I hate it so much. He was really bent out of shape and it was incredibly stressful to even be in the same room with him. My dad and my ex before J both had anger management issues so I think I am a little more sensitive to outbursts.

Charleston sounds so lovely, and what an amazing gesture from your MIL to send you there for the weekend! I hope J cools off in time to salvage your night. Whatever you wind up doing, happy New Year's, guys :)

I think you need to visit Charleston, it would absolutely thrill you I'm sure. I'm not interested in New York- give me Charleston any day! :)

I'd love to get back to Charleston sometime... never really explored it when I was stationed there. (And that was nigh upon a quarter century ago anyhow.)

oh no, i hope he changed his mind and you guys got to go eat there! that's such a great story and it'd be a shame to ruin your tradition (or your NYE!) over one silly mistake, which they eventually agreed to correct!
