First of all, congratulations and best wishes to you and Camilla!
Thanks for sticking with this story. I was hoping for an update in the new year, and here it comes.
I pretty much confirm what I'd been saying in previous comments to this story, that I very much admire your realism, in the dialogue and character reactions, which is probably more difficult to achieve when a story is told entirely from one character's POV only.
Ennis and Jack in this story have such a complex, flawed relationship, and yet you know they're each other's soulmates, in a way Jack and Josh are not, though I love the fact that Jack can count on such a great guy as a friend, and maybe more, in tough times. At the same time, I love the fact that Jack has such respect and loyalty for Josh that he doesn't want to use him to get back at Ennis, no matter how tempting it would be.
