I found this AP article today about companies asking for passwords to not only social media, but also email and other accounts. Every agency that is concerned about safety (including federal governemnt) tells you never to give out passwords to anyone. Chinese Ocotmom?
While I personally feel you should only have as many children as you can financially support, I don't advocate the government controlling the amount of children a couple can have, as in the one birth per woman rule in China.
