WTF!!!!????!!!!!????!!!!!????!!!!???! I just got a phone call from my"landlord" saying "I am sending a letter out for you saying you have 30 days from the 1st of February to be out. I have a buyer and you need to figure out what you are going to do." Way to fuckin' spring this on me! I can NOT stand my "landlord". I can't fuckin' stand her! So,
