I can't stand this. Well i found out how my family truly feels about me being gay. They think it's not normal and people hate people who are not normal, and they think people are going to try and kill me. Sort of. They just told me my life is going to be hell being gay and it's not the road i should go down

As much as you might not like what I'm going to say, I'm going to say it anyway because I want you to hear it.

Get out of Muskegon. Get out of whatever makes you this unhappy and frustrated. It might seem unrealistic right now, but one of these days, you're just going to pick up and go and whether that's a planned thing or not, it's gonna be for the better...I am sure.

As far as talking to your friends about it, if you're human, you're going to be able to understand a lot of things even if you are not experiencing it yourself...it's simply called compassion. I have many homosexual friends and they talk to me all the time about things that are bothering them about anything.

Lastly, if you are comforted by anything I say, let it be this...you have the entire world to explore and grow as a person. Let that realization fill you with hope for whatever will come your way.

Don't give up, Eric J. There are so many people who care so much about you...

Your family will accept you for who you are. They love you and so do all your friends. You'll get through it and everything will be fine, I know it. Plus, we are going to CP next week and when you are on those coasters you will be having too much fun to fret about anything! The longitude and langitude shall set you free!
