I &heart; you, Tee!

I'm sorry to hear about your grandmother, but I understand your anger at the way she wanted to live her life.

*massive hugs*

(((hugs)))

I grew up without grandparents and adopted my husbands (yes, both) so that I could have some...I felt the grief of their passing over the years. My mom is going to be 88 in January...thanks for reminding me to hug her tightly!

Oh...the Bints-in-Training a too cute for words!

*HUGE HUGS*

You are not a horrible person. When people are awful, horrible people, it's ok to feel relief instead of sadness at their passing. Quite honestly, all I felt was relief when my grandfather passed away...he was very similar to what your grandmother sounds like.

And I'm sorry for the loss of your other grandmother, "ex" or not. *hugs*

Your girls are beautiful!

I will have similar feelings when my grandmother passes away. She was mean and gossipy herself and never had a positive thing to say. She lives with my mom and burdens her everyday. Now, there aren't diaper changes, but my mother has to help bathe her, she has to take off work to get her to the doctor. She has to drive her everywhere, take her grocery shopping, etc. So when she goes, I'll feel relief for my mother. I think your feelings are completely understandable.

The picture of Trin is lovely!! She looks really pretty. And the other two are very cute.
